Not all sunglasses are effective at protecting your eyes from UV damage. When looking for new shades, choose ones that filter 100% of UVA and UVB rays and block 75% to 90% visible light. If you’re not sure how to do this, talk to our optical team at the Eye Care Centre. We’d be happy to help you choose stylish and protective sunglasses!
